I did have to wait 1 hour for the car! They claimed it was on car wash, but it came dirty. Many scratches were not marked on the protocol. The car itself was very nice. Manual yellow Kia XCeed with enough power, cruise control and semi automatic steering. However the car lacked obligatory safety equipment like triangle, fire extinguisher, vests, etc. It took next 15 min for the staff to get me these. I finished rental 10 days ago and still wait for deposit return.
I reserved a car online and paid a deposit. When we I arrived to pick up the car they increased the price of the reservation for no reason. We complained on the desk, and they told us that there was a mismatch, but that we had to pay the new price (increased) and then ask for a refund online. We did that and the online refund claim has been rejected. They also kind of force us to take the full insurance, which ended up being more expensive that the car reservation.
Very quick and efficient return of our car. Polite employees. In general our experience with avia was great. Very good service after our car broke down and we needed a replacement. Good aasistance and service.
Efficient pickup and drop off. Very particular about co dition and cleanliness of cars. Very friendly person who carried out inspection prehire and who explained how to contact them if we needed help.
Mi experiencia ha sido muy buena, el vehículo era muy cómodo y el servicio prestado por Avia rent a car ha sido muy bueno y profesional. Sin duda repetiría.
Ho pagato l'assicurazione molto piu' del noleggio. Ho atteso una mezzora per ritirare l'auto e ho pagato 80 euro perche' "fuori orario" (l'aereo e' atterrato in ritardo, poco dopo le 23 e ho perso tempo per cercare il noleggio, con gente gia' in coda) Le vostre affermazioni sono "fuori luogo". Cosa c'entra il costo esagerato dell'assicurazione con il deposito cauzionale a zero che neanche ho nominato? E poi, se cmq c'e' molta gente al ritiro dell'auto e gli operatori non sono sufficienti, il fuori orario e' probabile, considerati i tempi di consegna lunghi. A pensar male, e' una furbata. Stessa storia alla riconsegna, 1 solo terminale operativo. Diciamo che fuori luogo e' la compagnia da cui mi guardero' bene in futuro

Fortunately there was a young man at the AVIA office in the airport, who was willing to help. That was good service - and the reason while this is not the last time we will rent a car from AVIA
