Sep 27,2024We arrived at airport 2 hours early for collection and were informed that it would cost an extra €40 for early collection even though the car was ready.It was not the requested car but it was adequate.We were also told of excess that wasn’t covered despite taking out the premium cover from the website.Staff not very helpful at all and seemed to just wanted to sell us their €200 for one weeks cover.Decided to pay extra rather than wait 2 hrs in extreme heat with a one year old. Definitely not recommended and won’t be using them again

Sep 27,2024Are you serious? Please don't be hypocritical, the camera was in the car, it took you more than a week to respond to my "dozen" emails. I don't care that the car was two years old, it was destroyed. I wish I could attach photos here. DO NOT RENT WITH AVIA

Sep 27,2024Voiture récente et bien équipée. L'agence est très facile d'accès. L'équipe est professionnelle malgré un accueil un peu froid. Mais je pense que c'est naturel en Croatie. Si je reviens, je renouvellerai mon expérience dans cette agence.

Sep 27,2024When we picked up the car, they suggested that we take out fully comprehensive insurance, which we did. When we returned the car on the day of our departure, we noticed minimal damage, a tiny dent, which may have already been there. In any case, we hadn't noticed it during the rental period. We were asked for a police report, which of course we didn't have because we hadn't noticed anything. We had to pay an extra 75 euros, even though we had comprehensive insurance. We couldn't wait for the police, otherwise we would have missed our flight.

Sep 27,2024C’est la pire expérience de location de voiture que j’ai eue. A la réception de la voiture tout s’est passé correctement, mais déjà les gens autour de nous se voyaient infliger des surcoûts exorbitants pour des problèmes de cartes ou d’assurances. Au retour, il nous a été reproché un impact d’un mm, qu’ils ont modifié en 1 cm, et qui était certainement dissimulé sous de la saleté et que nous n’avons pas vu à la réception du véhicule car c’était à la tombée de la nuit. Bref pour ce tout petit impact on nous réclame 325€ tout de suite sans discussion et on nous menace d’appeler la police. Notre anglais étant basique, et nos photos pas assez precises, pas de discussion possible, le loueur dit simplement je ne suis pas payé pour être sympa , c’est mon job. Voilà une fin de vacances plus que décevante et surtout si vous avez réservé chez eux, prenez des photos partout, même sous la carrosserie car ils vous trouveront quelque chose. Si j’avez pu mettre aucune étoile je l’aurais fait car se ne sont vraiment pas des gens honnêtes et j'espère sincèrement que notre expérience pourra servir à d’autres. Choisissez un autre loueur si vous le pouvez ou soyez très prudent, ne gâchez pas la fin de votre séjour.

Sep 27,2024they tried to scam us to pay for preexisting damages hopefully we took full videos. They gave us a car with the tank half empty which is really annoying to not be able to give it back with the same amount. In addition to that the staff was really rude.

Sep 26,2024We got a car with salt stains on the back seat. We were told the stains were known and we didn't need to worry. Please note we don't have children and haven't used the back seat. On returning the car we were charged €80,- for cleaning said salt stains. Please take pictures of every dent, spot or stain on the car.

Sep 26,2024Friendly welcome and fairly pleasant check-out. The web site I booked through did not mention that we had to walk out of the airport to the rental place. When it advertises that the pickup is at the airport that is what I expect. The return was also good but I had to queue and wait with people that were picking up. This took a while. Most places have dedicated pickup and drop off queues. The car was great, clean and overall service was good.

Sep 26,2024Effective and nice staff, new car. Five minutes walk from airport. Easy to find. Next time I won't pay for the gas in advance. It's not worth it, no chance of being able to deliver the tank empty.

Lors du départ, et ce n'est pas de la faute du personnel très compétente, mais déjà lors de la réservation j'avais sélectionné une société DANS l'aéroport, et 3 jours avant , j'apprends que la société est à "300m" de l'aéroport et dans l'aéroport, aucune indication sur la direction à prendre pour trouver la société AVIA ??? Je propose que des panneaux d'indication soient mis en place, avec un plan, ou des flèches pour mieux nous diriger, ou que la société ne soit pas référencé comme étant à l'aéroport. Trajet visible de nuit. Merci.
