Jan 16,2025Moje iskustvo s ovom tvrtkom za najam automobila, nažalost, nije bilo baš zadovoljavajuće. Već na početku cijeli proces s ispunjavanjem obrazaca i potpisivanjem trajao je puno duže nego što sam naviknut kod drugih pružatelja usluga. To je već bilo pomalo frustrirajuće, ali ono što me posebno razočaralo bili su brojni dodatni troškovi koji su postali vidljivi tek nakon sklapanja ugovora. Na primjer, naplaćeni su mi troškovi za zimske gume te za čišćenje automobila koje moram platiti pri povratku vozila ili ga sam očistiti prije povrata. Ovi dodatni troškovi unaprijed nisu bili jasno komunicirani, što mi je ostavilo dojam skrivenih naknada. Usluga preuzimanja i povrata vozila bila je jednostavna i u skladu s očekivanjima. Međutim, neugodan dojam zbog netransparentnih dodatnih troškova ipak prevladava. U budućnosti ću dobro razmisliti hoću li ponovno unajmiti vozilo ovdje. Transparentnost bi trebala biti standard u najmu automobila – nažalost, ovdje to nije bio slučaj.

Jan 10,2025Its normal to not get the actual car you pre rent, but this is the only company that didnt give me a compensation for it. They also seemed to hide it since i got a car with way less performance but the same surface area. When i asked about this they waved me off, the rest of the experience was good Due to the reaction, they advertised a volkswagen polo. I have rented this car previously at other companies, and got internally the same car. In power and surface area, not only surface area. Also they are ignoring that they are the only company not to compensate. Down to 2 stars now.

Jan 10,2025Usluga je savrsena , imaju opciju osiguranja sa i bez depozita sto meni odgovara jer nemam kreditnu karticu za depozit, auta su u top stanju , osoblje je jako ljubazno, cijene su korektne. Ja dolazim jednom godisnje, ne zanimaju me cijene ponude drugih rentar car firmi, uvijek Avia renta car, nemam zamjerku niti jednu ….

Jan 09,2025Awful desk service at airport. Overcharged me for insurance . That I was not aware of till I returned the car. Given a car with a broken door and cracked windshield. Never again. Should have stuck with Uni Rent. Best rental car company in Croatia. Follow up to your reply. 580 euros for insurance which was more then the rent a car . For a car that wasn't without a scratch. Note to self , Never, ever recommend or rent from Avia again .

Jan 08,2025The car was in excellent condition and a pleasure to drive. However, the customer service was disappointing. The staff lacked warmth and friendliness, treating me more like a transaction rather than a person. Everything felt rushed, especially since it was a chilly morning. The representative quickly showed me the car and left, showing little interest in answering any questions or offering additional explanations. Additionally, the prices were extremely high, which was another letdown. Overall, I would rate the car 5 stars, but the service and the steep prices earn only 2 stars. I won’t be using this service again.

Jan 07,2025It was easy to check-in and receive the car. I did not like the surprise upcharge of snow tires. Also, I would prefer they have a key drop box to be able to turn in the car and catch an early flight, rather than paying extra to have a person be there at 4:30 am to check in the car.

Jan 07,2025I had to pay an additional 35 EUR because the car has winter tyres and this wasn't mentioned anywhere during the booking. Also if it's law then it's ridiculous to charge your customer extra for this. And when we arrived it had snowed/frozen and there was nothing in the car to remove the ice from the windows, so had to use a card in my wallet to remove the ice so I could see whilst I'm driving :|
