Jul 03,2024My order took six weeks to be delivered though payment was taken within 24hours of placing order. Automated replies were not helpful and when I asked for the refund they had offered (after four weeks ) I heard no more until finally the order arrived another two weeks later.

Jul 03,2024I ordered 4 tube of steroid cream I contacted tgem3 Times before I got a response, they told me some story about a new computer system and my items would be posted soon, I ended up going to my Drs for same items, I'd given up on ever getting my order and was going to post on Trust Pilot about them, Then out of Nowhere I got an email saying it had been posted,No explanation as to why the LONG Delay. I Would and will Not Deal with This Company again, Other people have posted Similar experiences, I only put one Star as you can't put Zero.

Jul 03,2024Ordered in February asked for refund in March after very poor communication and no goods. Many many emails next to no responses. Received email to say being delivered in June, emailed to say not wanted waiting for a refund. Goods arrived no reply from email again. Emailed to say not wanted. Emailed before giving bad review. No replies. Worse company I have ever dealt with. Do not use!!!

Jul 03,2024I had to chase my order twice before I received it, I was told after the first enquiry that there was a back log of orders and it would be with me by the end of the week. A further few weeks went by and I chased again, I had no answer to my enquiry but magically a delivery update came through finally. It took 6 weeks to get to me which really isn’t good for medication.

Jul 02,2024I placed an order with AYP healthcare (#AYP60653) at the end of March. As of the time of writing this review 02/07 the order has not arrived. I have contacted them on five separate occasions. I was told they were unusually busy but would dispatch the order soon. Since then silence and requests for a refund have gone unanswered. Avoid!
