Apr 13,2024No goods even though order was Feb 13th. Same excuse about warehouse etc. and a repeated sequence of automated messages. Requested a refund on March 27th but only received it after the intervention of Mastercard. Have reported to Trading Standards.

Apr 12,2024They have consistently failed to deliver my order or respond to my complaint. I ordered medicines on 16th March. I complained that the order had not arrived and on 28th March they told me they had delivery issues. But I would receive my order by 5th April latest. Today it's 12th April and still no delivery. I will now be taking them to the small claims court.

Apr 12,2024I ordered three bottles of Hycosan Extra Dry Eye Drops from the company on 7th March and as yet I still haven't received my order. I've contacted the company three times now and have had a vague reply stating that I will receive my order within 2-4 days - which still hasn't happened. I've now asked for a refund which also hasn't been forthcoming. I won't ever use this company again.

Apr 12,2024I ordered back in February at the cost of £42. No order has been delivered after lots of emails weeks after I got a reply to say it would be there at the following week. Nothing arrived so After another few more emails again told it will be there the following week again nothing!! After few more emails to reply to say that I could have a refund to which I said yes I take the money back again after a few more emails still no order, no refund, no replies to me.,if company does not deliver, or give you a refund, they have stolen your money . Will never use this company again!!

Apr 11,2024Beware of delivery problems. Placed an order 25th March and it has still not arrived 11th April. No updates emailed regarding despatch dates or delivery dates, as with many mail order companies. I have contacted them and await a response.

Item did not arrive so requested cancellation and refund. Email ignored.Customer service a complete disaster recommend you use another company
