I placed an order on Feb 17th, chased it when it didn’t arrive & was told there was a delay & my items would be dispatched by the end of the following week. They did not arrive. I sent 2 messages asking for my money back & these have been ignored, to date I’ve received no refund or the items I ordered.
Did not receive my order or any refund. Only had one email saying there had been a delay due to the online service and then nothing else at all. Do not order from here!
Would never use this company again! My order was placed on the 13th March. payment taken immediately for the item and still no delivery of my purchase. Multiple attempts to contact the company and replies non existent.. I can only stress, do not use this company, please go elsewhere. AYP Healthcare don’t even deserve one star!🤬
Ordered on 13/03/2024 for 2-5 day delivery. Contacted 23/03/2024 as still no dispatch had been confirmed. Got told the same as others about “new system problems” and that it would be dispatched around Easter. I still have no update over 10 days on. I have contacted to ask for a refund and all contact is now being ignored by AYP. AVOID!!
If only I had checked the reviews first ☹️. No sign of my order ever arriving. Got Email this morning saying their “robotic system” was causing major issues and said give it a week…. Well, too late I looked at reviews to see they have been using this old chestnut since March….clearly scamming people. Have asked for refund but don’t hold out much hope. How these people can sleep at night is beyond me. They are there to provide medical /healthcare items so they are preying on the sick and vulnerable . Shame on you AYP
Placed an order on the Thursday 21 March 24. 2-5 working days. Allowing for the weekend, even though it seems they work 7 days. Contacted AYP again on the 2nd April 24 only to be given a scripted reply about system fault? My order status throughout has been "processing". Contacted AYP again today, order status still showing as "processing". I was told of yet another problem and that my order would be, wait for it!..processed at the start of next week which would be the 15th April can you believe it. Cancelled my order and told my refund will take 2-5 days to show in my bank, guess what? I am not holding my breath. Terrible company and would recommend that NO-ONE uses them. S. Brown.
DO NOT USE THIS SITE! Did an order 6 weeks ago but nothing arrived. Tried to contact them on many occasions and no response! I had to get a refund through my bank! Absolutely shocking!!
Ich warte seit über 2 Monaten auf die Bestellung oder eine Rückzahlung, der Kundenservice reagiert nur auf jede dritte oder vierte Mail. Es wird gesagt, dass es Probleme gibt und ob man eine Rückzahlung möchte, ich habe dies bejaht und bekomme trotzdem mein Geld nicht zurück.

Like many reports I orders over a month ago took my money still not goods. Contacted them 4 times but very little response. I ask for a refund still no joy. I won’t be using this company again.
Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I made an order on the 19th of February and it was never delivered. Contacted customer service end of February and was told that they’ve encountered technical problems with new robotic system. They promised that I’ll get my order the following week which obviously didn’t happen. Have sent several emails to request refund and haven’t received any response. They’re thieves!!!
This company just stole my money. I placed an order on the 8th of February and never received anything 2 months later, never got notified of any dispatch of the items either. Got in touch with the company 3 times to get a refund and never got an answer back. This is pure theft. I reported the scam to consumer advice. Never order from this company!!!!!!!!
Like many other users I have not received an order placed on 4th February and since followed up with several unacknowledged emails. Today I have made my second request for a refund, the first being ignored. They were able to take the money from the account the day after the order was placed!!
I've never bothered to write a bad review before but this is an awful company and I want to warn others. Order placed 3rd Jan! Back and forth comms. System error, problem with stock etc etc excuses excuses. Stringing me along... 'next week, end of next week...' Finally gave up and asked multiple times for a refund, no response. Not a big order but I've been uncomfortable with the condition my order was to treat for months. Tried another company. Delivered in 2 days, no problem. Similar price too. Appalling. Avoid. And I will continue to chase my refund.
Ordered a product on 6th March 2024 with a view to having it well before my current stock ran out. However, it has since failed to arrive a month later and is still in the processing stage. An apologetic email informed me I would likely receive it last week, alas this has also now come and gone. Don’t advertise such a fast delivery time if you can’t honour it.
As mentioned by other reviewers my order placed mid March hasn’t been delivered. I got the same excuse about problems with warehouse picking system being faulty - but I would get my product the week after. 3 weeks later there is still no sign of the product. I have asked for a refund twice - no response - so I have asked my bank to cancel the payment. I ordere hay fever medication and for me not having it is mildly annoying however for many customers this lack of service could be serious. I will stick with Amazon from now on.
My overall experience with this company has been a negative one. I placed my order, days passed with no contact but funds taken, finally I contacted customer service and was told they had technical issues. I requested a refund, twice now and still no response from customer service. I would not use or recommend this company to others Suddenly 6months after this review they want more details 😂
Ordered product on 15th February 2024, payment taken 16/2/24. Order did not arrive. after multiple attempts to contact them and stanadard replies only to my emails, I got 2 emails, one in February, one in March apologising and promising delivery. No delivery. On 20th March, I raised a dispute through my credit card company. They refunded the money the next day. I bought the item elsewahere and itarrived 2 days later

It's now April 9th and still nothing and no reply when asking for a refund. Took my money and now not responding Stay away from this company they take your money and you never get your order and no refund. Wish I could give 0 stars.
