Apr 06,2024Similar to other people, placed an order on 24th Feb, (now 5th April), chased this up and was told something went wrong with their system and they would dispatch by the end of that week, (3 weeks ago), been trying to contact multiple times and since and zero responses. Have raised a dispute with my bank to get my money back.

Apr 05,2024Placed an order in 13th March 2024 with delivery 3 days. Not yet received order. Chases them on 21st March advices new warehouse system caused backlog and expect end of week after next which could have been last Thursday (before Easter) Still not received. Messages them twice more and requested update and then full refund no response to either. The new system must be a huge disaster. Very disappointed ☹️ now 4th April not received order or reply to my last two emails. Won’t be using them again. Certainly not for my prescription items unless don’t buy from them. Update May 2nd 2024 Order still not received so have gained a refund from my card company. UPDATE 18th May DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. SUCCESSFULLY RECEIVED REFUND FROM CARD COMPANY. DONT HESITATE TO DO THIS IF THIS COMPANY HAS SCAMMED YOU. ITEM NEVER RECEIVED

Apr 04,2024Only given them one star because I can’t give them none! This company are scammers. I ordered on 22nd February and chased on 10th March when my order still hadn’t arrived. Was told there was an issue with their dispatch and my order would be with me in 3 days. Still no order by the 17th when I requested a refund, as it was obvious I wasn’t going to receive my order. No reply, no refund. I’ve asked twice since via both their online chat and their online form, and no refund and no order have been forthcoming, but they still have my money!!! Save yourself the time and hassle and order from a company who aren’t an absolute joke.

Contacted them again they again said unforseen delay but I could choose refund. I requested refund, have neither received the goods nor the refund. It is now 3 April.
