Apr 04,2024Ordered Voltarol on 1 March; approved by AYP on 3 March and apart from 2 emails saying sorry for delay and offering a refund that was requested, nothing since. No money back and no Voltarol. These people should not be allowed to trade online.

Apr 03,2024I ordered the 12th February STILL NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER I emailed chasing at the end of February with a reply on 4th March saying it will be with me asap they were having some delays… DID NOT RECEIVE so I have messaged every week since NO REPLY I have asked for refund NO REPLY we are nearly 2 months later and have had no order no refund and no reply to any of my messages!! STAY AWAY!

Apr 03,2024Would give zero stars if I could. This company are a scam. I have reported this company to Action Fraud other people can do this too. Google Action Fraud. I ordered and paid for my goods over 3 weeks ago. I needed the medical items within the timeframe promised of 3-5 days. I have emailed them four times and they have ignored all my correspondence apart from initial “stock” email about their packing system being new /faulty but this was not personalised response. I am now having to go through my credit card company to try get the money back. I had to re-order the items via another company so I’m out of pocket. Please read the reviews on here mostly one star and definitely AVOID this company. They appear to be manipulating their ratings and are putting dubious positive reviews on here too, so don’t be fooled read all reviews!

Apr 03,2024placed order on 12th feb. It is currently april 3rd with no sign of said order. Was told twice order would be sent out 'at end of week'. No updates since. Have requested full refund but who knows how long that will take to get. Absolutely avoid at all costs. Just seems like a scam at this point. They were once quite reliable. I'm not sure what has happened.

Apr 03,2024I used this company a year ago and although delivery was slow my order did arrive. I thought I’d give them another try but never again! I placed an order on 21st Feb but got no update on dispatch. The company has stopped answering phone calls so I contacted them by online chat after 3 weeks. Got a response 24 hours later about delays caused by a new robotic system and promised dispatch within a week. When that didn’t happen I contacted them again but got no response. Two weeks later I requested that my order be cancelled and refunded. No response again, so I’ve started a chargeback through my credit card company.

Apr 02,2024I placed an order Jan 31st which didn't arrive in the time specified. After contacting them, I received an excuse about new systems and was given another delivery date. Still no order received. I contacted them again, and they have failed to respond. I asked for a refund and have not received it, so I've had to go to the bother of contacting my credit card provider. I would strongly advise against dealings of any sort with this company.

Apr 02,2024Please do not use - wish I read the reviews here first. Ordered 24.01.2024, a month later no sign of the goods. Tried phoning - no answer. Finally raised a ticket on their website to ask about order - no reply. Ended up lodging a complaint via my bank and asking for a refund.

Apr 02,2024Ordered on 25th Feb, still nothing received after sending numerous messages and emails. Company blaming a new system was the issue. I got an email to say this was sorted and I would get my order within the next week......but guess what?.....still nothing. No response to my last few emails requesting a refund. Awful company, will not use ever again!

Apr 02,2024Would give zero stars if possible. Beware. They take your money, don't deliver (been waiting 6 weeks now), don't answer their phones and now I don't even get an automated email reply. Today had to resort to a claim on my credit card to get a refund. Steer well clear of AYP Healthcare.

Apr 02,2024Do NOT order from here. I am currently having to go through my card company for a refund as it has been 2 months since I ordered. At 1st you get a reply back but as soon as you mention refund you hear nothing. For 6 weeks they kept telling me it would be posted by the end of the week & still nothing. I am now out of pocket £130 & having to pay out more money (that I don't have) for more gel. It's a shame as I ordered from here previously & was brilliant service. I am now starting to think it is a way of drawing you in to order more & then just keep your money & products. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! They have been reported

Apr 01,2024My husband ordered a tonic over 2 months ago. No delivery so sent e.mail. reply back saying goods on way. Delay down to systems fault. Another month same again and same reply but offering cancellation and refund. Nearly another month and still no refund and company ignoring further contact. A company to be avoided.
