Jul 31,2020When bed arrived had to do some repairs on it. Large drawer wouldn’t open and runner was stuck. Clips that hold the bed together were miss aligned. Glue on the bed was still wet. Although these were annoying, it wasn’t insurmountable to put right.

Jul 31,2020There was quite a big delay on the order, it took 7 weeks, opposed to the estimate of 2-3 weeks when placing the order, and this wasn’t communicated at all until I got in touch to find out. Understandable in the current circumstances but it should have been made clearer this was the case.

Jul 24,2020This is the second time I have used Beds on Legs and the service was excellent again. Our items were delayed but this was due to Covid, and this was communicated by the company. Also excellent service from the delivery company.

Bed was packaged extremely well so to prevent damage or marking Easy to put together except headboard unclear so literally had to call a friend.... Jul 14,2020Ordered a bed on 30th June and was surprised at the lack of a detailed order confirmation. Two orders show up on my account even though I only placed one (only one charge to my credit card). No contact from the company so I reached out to them only to find out that the bed is delayed by 1-2 weeks but they failed to inform me. I hope the quality of the bed makes up for the poor logistics. That said, Chris has been responsive to my emails and has been apologetic.

Jul 13,2020This is my first experience of buying a bed online and it's been so nice and easy, the bed I ordered came well within the delivery time stated both delivery men were polite The bed is well made and I'm looking forward to using the ottoman compartments
