Jul 10,2020Great service, I was kept informed at each step of the delivery process. Delivery using social distancing was perfect, very pleasant delivery drivers. Bed is lovely quality and the only reason for not giving 5stars is that a few bolts were missing from the headboard, but after one phonecall they were posted to me. Would definitely recommend the company. Edited to add... Missing bolts were received within a couple of days so really should give them 5 🌟

Jul 03,2020Ordered an otterman bed with an upholstery bed head. Was ex display so was expecting a few scratches on the base which there was. However came missing parts to put the otterman under storage together. When we called through to customer service the woman was quite rude and didn’t apologise for this. However the parts was posted to us and came a week later. Lovely bed and great storage!

Jul 03,2020Purchase and delivery of the mattress were very straight forward (we bought a bed and mattress from Beds On Legs before). Mattress is very comfy and amazing value for money! The only thing that I am not happy with is that the mattress is slightly smaller than standard king size measurements, which now means that we have gaps between the mattress and our bedframe.

Jul 10,2020I’m so in love with my bed. Friendly staff that replied very quickly to all my enquires and fabric swatches arrived the very next day. The bed arrived very quickly and efficiently! Looks exactly like the photos. The bed is extremely high quality and I’ve recommended the company to everyone i’ve spoken to!
