Jun 26,2020I have used this company before and so far have not had a problem with any of the mattresses I have bought, so have not seen how they deal with a complaint which is the main gauge of any company. But so far so good, the mattress was delivered in a few days, a bit smelly when unwrapped as they tend to be, took about a week to fade properly. Seems good value for money. Will order from them again.

Jun 13,2020Ordered two beds from this company. Really good quality beds with great range of colours and styles. Delivery was slightly delayed but I believe that was down to COVID - 19 restrictions. Would buy from here again and have recommended to friends and family.

Jun 13,2020I was very pleased with the quality of my bed. Although I only recieved 3 headboard bolts in my delivery, Bed on Legs were very quick to send me the fourth in the post to complete my order. All around great service especially when there is a worldwide pandemic!

Jun 13,2020This review is a combination of service we received from Beds on legs and their deliver company final mile. My husband & I ordered a bed which we waited a long time for due to corona virus. No issue with that. I was really pleased when I received a text saying our bed would be delivered by final mile on Thursday 4th of June between 6-9pm. I was asked to respond to the text if this was acceptable. I did. I received a further text to confirm. My husband & I kept the bed in our room the room the night before as the delivery slot was later on on the Thursday. I returned home from night shift at approximately 8.30am & had received a text at 8.20am to state that our beds on legs delivery slot was confirmed between 7-10am. We scrambled to put the existing bed apart and my husband broke several bits in the rush. I then received an email to say sorry we missed you when we tried to deliver your bed at 7.53am. So delivery was attempted on a bed that we had no idea was coming and we were told the window after delivery had already been attempted. We phoned the delivery company who informed us they would phone as back, they never did. I contacted beds on legs who were very apologetic and refunded us £40 for the inconvenience and responded promptly. However delivery could not be made for another week meaning we had to sleep on a mattress on the floor for 7nights. The following week again I received a text from final mile confirming delivery between 6-9pm, however this time we were wise to the random delivery times and got up and organised before 7 and a good thing too as the bed arrived at 7.30am followed by a text at 8.30am (after the bed had already arrived) conforming our delivery window! A beautiful bed but what a hassle.

Bed was relatively straight forward to put together and the hybrid mattress is amazing!!!! Thank you Beds on Legs! X
