Mar 21,2025If it's a garment, include basic measurements for sizing. The company's request that we buy with intention of keeping and using the items rings very very hollow when they don't seem to put in the minimum effort to ensure we can.

Mar 20,2025I love my bed threads linen. It’s the only brand I have purchased for the past 4 years. My only complaint would be the longevity of my fitted sheets, which have only lasted three years (approx. 80 washes). For the price, and considering I only wash them according to the care instructions, I would have expected them to last longer. (EDIT: Bedthreads replaced my worn sheet free of charge following this review)

Mar 20,20255/5 Customer Service I made an order and within 5-6 hours needed to cancel the order. I emailed the contact email provided on the website requesting for my order to be cancelled and for a refund. I received a reply over night advising me that my order had been cancelled and a full refund has been processed. I was impressed by this very quick and efficient customer service. They were also very understanding. I will be ordering again from BedThreads again soon!

Mar 20,2025I don't believe your warranty of two years is acceptable for the price. Spending $1000 on bedding and it all falling apart in 4 years is unacceptable. Offering me one fitted sheet as good faith is just not enough. Make the sheets higher quality, offer better support and really re think your warranty or just drop the price.

Mar 26,2025I was a hair’s breadth away from ordering a bedding set from Bed Threads, but then I discovered lots of mostly negative reviews of them online (Reddit) especially regarding the quality and longevity which made me hesitant, because their bedding products are really expensive. I commented on their Instagram about my concerns regarding the quality based on the negative reviews and they just deleted my comment instead of addressing it. Lots of reviews also mention that they delete any reviews on their website that aren’t positive which makes sense, as elsewhere they are overwhelmingly negative (mostly because of tearing and holes). It seems like the company sells subpar quality products for luxury prices and then tries to delete any trace of unhappy customers, which is deceitful and frankly makes their business feel like a scam. I am so disappointed because I absolutely love the colours they have available and would have ordered one set immediately and more in the future if only they dealt with the quality issues and customer concerns professionally and with integrity.
