Apr 08,2025Bed threads NZ is not in NZ. I made a big order and it got stuck at customs and took for ever to get it out at a cost of $200. Be very careful Their website could and should have picked this up and warned me 😡

Apr 04,2025I had to have my product replaced because it became threadbare. You've said you'll replace it but still haven't even put it in the post yet and it's been 2 weeks. Not good enough for the premium cost for your product.

Apr 04,2025I could not speak more highly of bed threads. I was a bit confused when my order did not arrive. It was my mistake as it was not in stock. The person I dealt with could not have been more helpful or pleasant about this. I also ordered a top that was too large, and the return process was incredible quick and easy. When I got my order, I could not have been happier. They were beautiful quality and exactly what was shown. So between quality and customer service I am really looking forward to dealing with Bed Threads again in the future. Thank you so much.

Everything went very smoothly and I’m so appreciative they were able to replace their product. It definitely makes me more likely to order from them again because of their great customer service and warranty.

Apr 01,2025I ordered a full size sheet and was sent one that was mislabeled as a full but is obviously too large. I was told I would be sent a replacement two weeks ago and I still have not been sent it. I have been in a lengthy email exchange with customer service, have sent photos AND measured dimensions for the mislabeled sheet and have received no help. Will never purchase anything from Bedthreads again.

Apr 09,2025I changed my mind on the colors of bedding I wanted. Normally, it seems like company’s make this really inconvenient if it’s your mistake. This was not the case with Bed Threads. I have never had better customer service in my life. They were so responsive. They let me keep my discount to go towards the new purchases. They didn’t even charge me for the return label. Ally was the main person I worked with. She was diligent, responsive, and such a good communicator! Such a joy to work with! Seriously worth the cost, because they come through for you! And not to mention the bedding is so beautiful and luxurious! I look forward to going to bed every night in my sheets. They’re the perfect weight, texture, not too hot or cold-just right!
