Jan 04,2025Update: Bed Threads responded to my review and emailed me right away + offered to send another replacement fitted sheet. They literally have the best customer service I have ever experienced. I should also mention I tried linen sheets from a different brand and nothing compares to Bed Threads! Original: I really love the wide range of colour options that Bed Threads carries, and their shipping is also super quick to Canada. The sheets are very soft + comfy, however I took 1 star off because I have had 2 different fitted sheets get holes in them. One happened within 6 months of purchase in a spot that isn't slept on (king bed) so the company replaced it. The second happened around 2.5 years after owning them so we bought a new set to replace them. Defintely amazing products, but I wish they lasted a bit longer for the price!

Jan 04,2025The sheets and pillowcases look great, but I haven't yet washed and slept on them, so I'll take awhile to evaluate the quality. Oddly, the free bottle of linen wash leaked all over in transit-- maybe it froze? And I really don't like the scent either, so please don't send me more!

Jan 03,2025I only sleep on bed threads. I would give 5 Stars if it was a bit more durable. Given the material it feels amazing, it’s cool in summer, cosy in winter but doesn’t wear as well as cotton. It’s the price you pay for the luxurious feel.

Jan 02,2025I was unable to change my order even though I messaged and phoned immediately after I had sent the order in and realized I needed a bigger sized quilt cover. I am now waiting for the incorrect size to be delivered so that I can return it for the correct one to be sent.

Jan 02,2025I bought quite a bit from them, about 3 years ago, definitely under 4 years, and to be honest, I am so disappointed in the quality of your products. In the first year-ish I had pillows that were coming apart at the seams. I contacted them and they replaced them, so, fine. But now I've got 4 pillow cases that are just tearing at the seams, and both my super king sheets, and now one of my fitted sheets have gone threadbare in the middle and holes are appearing. I don't expect things to last for ever, but when I'm paying hundreds of dollars for things I expect them to last more than three years. I've got 100% cotton sheets that are 20 years old that haven't even come close to looking as shit as these sheets. I contacted them a few weeks ago, and basically got a, "too bad so sad, you're past the one year warranty". I've got pictures of the multiple holes if anyone needs proof And a couple of other things I've noticed about them is they're hard and scratchy. Before I washed them they were fine, but after washing they are horrible. I thought it was because our water is hard, but I've just bought some awesome hemp sheets, and they are soft as butter after washing them, so obviously, Bed Threads is just a shit product. And also the turn over on the pillows is like an inch deep, so you can see your pillows hanging out at the open end, whereas the hemp pillow cases I just bought, it's like a foot deep on the turn over part. So yet again, shit product. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
