Dec 31,2024This is a lightweight linen and may have been tumbled. I tried washing and line drying it, then ironing, and it doesn’t get that crisp feel that fine linen does. The hems are simple 1/2” turns, not deep hems with mitered corners. All in all, you’ll get more value in buying a good cotton tablecloth.

Also: picked up stains like when a person wears night time face lotion. Disappointed - For the expense a customer should receive good quality color in their pillow cases. Same thing happened to my daughter who bought from your company

Making the change to a natural fiber bedding has greatly improved my sleep and I will not go back to synthetic. Their customer service is fantastic and another reason why I am a loyal customer.

Dec 26,2024I wanted to buy a $80 Kris Kringle present, but had no choice to be able to change your pre set dollar values. So it was $50 or $100. I spent $100 but then was breaking the rules of Kris Kringle. How hard would it be for you to let us choose an amount for a voucher.

Dec 25,2024I placed an order for the wrong size. I attempted to cancel it 5 minutes later and was told I wasn’t able to. Which is very inconvenient. There should be a window of time to cancel an order due to mistakes. I ordered the correct size but all in all it’s a very inconvenient website and your help team isn’t very helpful.

Dec 31,2024The product is great, we’ve been fans and supporters for many years. Email communication and shipping updates/wait standards have dropped and your prices have become unreasonably high. I understand you’re a small business and it’s hard to maintain quality, outputs and compete with larger chains. However, we all work to a budget and as Myer and David Jones now sell 100% linen bedding at a much lower cost, I’ll be purchasing from them in the future.
