Dec 23,2024Hi there, I ordered something on Friday and paid express shipping on the basis that it would arrive between “1-2 business days” and now I won’t be able to give my mother in law her gift on Christmas Day as I only just received an email that the item has been packaged up and will take 2-3 business days. These delays should be communicated on your website and when purchasing items.

Dec 23,2024Besides the fact that these linen are amazing to sleep in and very beautiful, I think what really says a lot about a company is how they handle complains. I had an issue with customs and an issue with discoloration and both times the problem was solved extremely reasonably within 24 hours. This is the reason they stand out and is the reason I would be happy to come back in the future.

Dec 19,2024I bought the oatmeal throw. Love that it’s heavy and does look good on the couch and bed. The description of it being super soft is grossly exaggerated - I have been washing it almost 20 times and perhaps need to keep at it.
