Dec 16,2024I bought a bedding set ~2 years ago and always wash and reuse the set because I love it so much. The linen is quite textured at first, but after about 2-3 washes (using it in between), it softens up much like cotton but has a more airy feeling. I wouldn't use any other type of bedding now. Customer service is very helpful; I had an issue with my throw blanket, and they helped in a timely manner. Dispatch was quick, and shipping took a reasonable amount of time.

Dec 16,2024It is difficult to find mustard-coloured linen, so on the colour - this 'turmeric' was a good buy and not too yellow. On the other hand, I provided my personal details for the new customer sign-up offer code, which I never received, then was told that I already used a code with my first purchase of a sale item, despite not knowing any codes. The pillowcases have been cut without regard to the grain of the fabric, so that they've twisted after washing - much like a cheap t-shirt whose seams twist around your body when you wear it. Finishing is poor on duvet cover and pillowcases with long loose threads still remaining at ends of each of the seams from manufacturing.

Dec 14,2024Excellent quality and such beautiful colours. You do need to wash and care for them well to make them last. Fast shipping, even during busy Christmas period. I wish their rewards system didn't expire since I had accumulated $100 in points but they had expired after just one year.

Dec 13,2024My order was supposed to arrive on the December 6th. It’s still not here. I can’t rate the sheets because I have not received my order and honestly I am starting to think I never will! OnTrac delivery sucks so much. Everyday I check the tracking link, everyday my package is “expected before 6:59 pm” but it never arrives. Now it says “expected yesterday before 6:59 pm”. I try to talk to OnTrac and they are no help. I emailed Bed Threads & they just sent me a tracking link which I already have. I would not order from here unless they start using a different delivery company. Hopefully I get my order soon.

Dec 11,2024The bedsheet bundles from Bed Threads are second to none regarding comfort and exceedingly excellent quality. Recently I made an incorrect order (wrong colour bundle) and requested a refund, after I had re-ordered the correct colour. Bed Sheets arranged it all so fast and they also provided free return shipping. The refund was in my account one hour after I handed the return box in at the PO. Amazing!! I will definitely be a return shopper.
