Oct 09,2024Terrible. Go elsewhere. Their movers aren’t movers. They’re lazy 18-22 year olds who take no care in the job. They only want to be paid hourly. Due to their gross negligence, they damaged tons of my stuff. They moved slowly and took twice the time of another service I previously used.. Try local or an alternative, but do not under any circumstances use bellhop.

Oct 07,2024The loading team were fantastic. Not one issue arose. They were very respectful for my sold property. The unloading team did a great job, however they dropped my expensive grill off the truck. The grill landed face down causing scratches and dents. This dampened the all around experience.

Oct 05,2024Do not book with Bellhop for your move. They use 3rd party trucks and the truck they booked for my move was a refrigeration truck (not sure why?). When my belongings arrived all of my boxes were soaking wet and the movers dropped my 65in flat screen TV. Their customer service is a nightmare to deal with and after all the damage they caused they only refunded me $120 on a 5.5k move. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!!!!
