We did ask to move the date up at one point and that was accomplished effortlessly over the phone. Contracts were clear and concise and everything handled on line. The move crew were prompt, polite, knowledgeable and careful. Everything was completed on time. Mike, James and Eddie made a great team in are worthy of requesting specifically if you use this service in this area.

Nov 03,2024I had 3 movers, Angel, Landon and Tyler, and all 3 were amazing. They were quick and got everything where I wanted it. I couldn’t ask for a better crew. They did amazing work and were very polite. I hope to never have to move again but if I ever need a moving crew I would use them again without question.

Nov 01,2024Absolutely terrible company! I don’t usually write reviews. Please DONT use this company. The movers were really nice and for the most part did a great job. They did drop a 20 year old heavy 2 sheet glass table with solid stainless steel legs down the stairs. I wasn’t to bothered by it because I thought the company would offer something reasonable. Well, I was offered $30.00 by Jack and Lily on the claims team who were robotic and don’t care whatsoever about anything you’ve lost. Doesn’t matter if it’s important to you or what the value was you purchased it for. You will hear the INDUSTRY STANDARD a lot if they break something of yours. Which is $0.60 a pound!! So Jack and Lily who are worthless did an “investigation” looking at my table and decided $30.00 would be the PERFECT offer. Again please don’t use this company. The movers don’t work for them. The movers themselves are independent contractors that aren’t insured. Bellhop doesn’t care about the movers or you. The INDUSTRY STANDARD is garbage just like them. They want me to send specs of a table I purchased 20 years ago from a store that no longer exists. Shame on me for not purchasing the insurance. However, being offered $30.00 for a table they dropped and shattered down the stairs is ATROCIOUS. Please save yourselves and your furniture. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU. Especially Jack and Lily in the claims department. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with.

Nov 01,2024Majid and Ricky were exceptional today. They managed two refrigerator moves in a tight space and no damage to anything. They wrapped our items carefully and packed them with care. They got a ton done in just two hours! I would definitely use Bellhop again.
