Sep 24,2024The actual move itself was great. The moving team was super awesome, and I would give them 5/5 stars. However, Bellhop itself was slightly frustrating because they kept trying to contact me beforehand with their “free concierge” service. I stated multiple times that I wasn’t interested, yet they called and texted me at least once a day. It also seemed to be a chatbot, not an actual person, since they used the same number but switched names three times.
