My overall experience with Bellhop was fine but there serious areas within the rental process that need to addressed. The movers and moving day: Overall, we had a wonderful experience with our moving team. Our truck driver B Miller arrived on time and so did the colead Jerry. However, the team lead was delayed but the team started so that our move would not be delayed. The team worked effectively and were lovely people to talk to and guide. They took great care of our belongings. We really enjoyed working with this moving team. Interaction with company: My Interaction with the overseas customer service and contracting was not great. I was sent several pre move contracts even though I had already signed a pre move contract. I was even sent a contract after my move was completed. Each time a contract was sent a charge for additional insurance was added to my bill. I had to call several times to get the erroneous charges removed. I did not enjoy my time with their customer service
Our interstate move was well organized and went extremely smoothly. The crew showed up on time for the loading in Arizona, and the moving truck showed up a few minutes early on the scheduled day for unloading in Chicago.
Bought a Groupon for Bellhop from a friend's recommendation. I was overcharged and had to make numerous calls to dispute the bill. They claimed a system error was not displaying the bill correctly and there would be a delay in processing a refund They also scratched/damaged my furniture in the process. I was told their claim department would process in a week, then it was 10-15 days.
The crew (Dylan P. and Lamont D.) were professional, punctual, and efficient. I also appreciated that Bellhop was able to arrange a crew to help with our job on short notice.
I was very anxious about my move, because nothing else in my moving process had gone well, however Michael and Zack took all my anxiety away. They arrived on time, treated my belongings with care, and communicated with me flawlessly. They were also very personable and even made me laugh! I could not ask for better movers! Next time I move I will definitely be requesting them as my movers, because I’ve never had such a good moving experience.
Seth helped me coordinate a long distance move while traveling and away from the house, which aided in our reserving the time window we needed right before Christmas. Bellhop support was quick to respond to concerns at every step of the way. We chose pack, load and deliver services and aside from some inexperienced packers from San Antonio, the Bellhop trained loaders, drivers and delivery teams were very courteous, reliable and ready for this big job.

The people that they have doing the moving are fantastic! They're polite, professional, courteous, and above interact with the customer.
My couch was taken apart and the pins and knobs to connect the pieces were not given to me. Upon submitting a claim I was told this would not meet the $300 insurance deductible for damages. I paid an extra $40+ for enhanced insurance as well. Also, a mover was 40 minutes late but I didn’t meet the time minimum so I’m not sure I could get a refund for that.
Nice, friendly , professional, careful, stress-free & attending to my needs. I really had a great experience with Bellhop both times. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs to move.

The Bellhop movers were great! They were professional and punctual. I had packed furniture in storage getting ready to ship it out and some of the items were not packaged well. They went out of their way to help me pack them better! I would definietly recommend them to anyone.

Jan 08,2024Our experience with Bellhop was amazing. They were able to move our entire 2 bedroom apartment halfway across the United States in two days. They were the only moving company that was able to flex to our schedule and it made things so easy considering we only had a month notice. They kept an open line of communication and we were never surprised with extra charges. The crew they sent us was incredible. I highly recommend checking them out and I will be contacting them for future moves.
