The movers were great but I would’ve rather just done it directly through them. Don’t think the app really added anything to the process other than getting a bunch of useless emails and phone calls.
Our son used Bellhop for his move so we set our move up using Bellhop. Online booking was great and easy. Originally booked 1 truck and 4 movers 4 hours. Needed to change date after original date was easy no problems. Spoke to representatve on phone regarding this and reviewed move he suggested we needed to go with 2 trucks 5 movers. Ok we went with that I thought would be easier vs 1 truck 2 loads. Day before move got a call that Bellhop was not going to be able to provide 2 trucks and 5 movers and could only do original schedule of 4 hours. We could book a separate move the next day or later date. Not really what we wanted to do I got very frustrated to say the least. Gentleman kept telling me if was communicating the issue with me but we got no where. Second representative called me and told me the same thing not sure why he called but he was trying to communicate also. Not using there names because they were just try to bull**** me because they couldn't really do anything. Finally after 500 pm received call that the 1 truck would do move. Truck arrived on time at 800 am had driver and 2 movers. Mike / driver, AJ and Ron / movers did a great job.
Moving skills are very poor, as many as 7 expensive items were damaged in my move. (Up to $10k worth of items) I was asked to go out and get a second UHaul for the crew day of the move, and had to drive it myself. customer service has no interest in reaching out to make negative experiences right.
Very professional. Stayed in touch via text throughout the whole process! The movers were unbelievable, so courteous and we had no issues at all with any breakage or wall damage. Will definitely us again if we ever do another move!!!

The driver was an hour late, which placed the move behind time. Because the movers went over on time, Bellhop charged me an additional fee. I was initially told an adjustment wasn't made because the driver clocked in on time. However, after a week of disputing, I was finally billed accordingly. Although the customer service wasn't the best, the 2 men who were part of the labor team were great.
Everyone I spoke with was accommodating and answered all of my questions. My actual movers were amazing. They came on time and finished within the time I booked for. I definitely will use Bellhop again in the future.
Very professional, on-time and quick.
They called me repeatedly to "help" yet every time someone called me they had the wrong information. They couldn't help transfer my services and were no help with coordinating the movers. The drivers and I had to wait 3 hours for the unload crew to show up. I called customer service 4 times and all they ever told me is they had no way to contact the crew. All in all not an awesome experience

On time fast and professional
Never hire bellhop, save your money and use a legit moving company. Bellhop didn’t package our things correctly so it arrived damaged and stained. Worse is that you cannot get ahold of anyone regarding your move, and our items were not delivered because bellhop didnt pay them. We attempted calling numerous times only to get out on hold or hung up on. We wish we had this review prior to using- also never trust a moving company that requires a deposit BEFORE your move.
The employees were great with good attitudes, friendly, kind & hard working. However, they were understaffed & undersupplied which made the move take longer than anticipated & necessitated a second move & more expense.
The guys were on time and super fast and professional honestly best moving I've ever experienced.
Movers were kind and engaged. They kept a professional attitude the whole time and did a great job moving everything. 5 stars.

Nov 07,2023I reserved Bellhop for an internal move. I reserved 3 movers for 2 hours. They sent 2 movers and it took them 3.5 hours. I called Bellhop twice while they were here to explain the situation and that I didn’t want to be charged the extra hour and a half because they didn’t send enough movers. I was told they would handle it after the movers left. Next day, I receive a bill for 3.5 hours. Called again and said they would have to review the situation and it would be 24 to 48 hours. I asked to speak to the business department and they said they do not transfer calls. I DO NOT recommend.
