My experience has left me feeling awful and blindsided. Working with Elie Khouri at Better.com was an ABSOLUTE PLEASURE!! I would recommend Mr Khouri to anyone at any stage of their lending process.

Because of a mistake that Better Mortgage, one of my payoffs was late and caused a $831 extra payment that I had to make. I tried to contact Better Mortgage and my mortgage consultant Tania Monjazeb was no longer available after the closing. I was very disheartened with that lack of follow up.
I’ve purchased and sold many homes over the years and my experience with Best was the easiest and quickest. The team is very responsive and promptly respond to queries. I never was concerned about progress with my loan because the electronic tracking form was easy to understand and I was able to see the completed tasks and the uncompleted tasks.
My experience with Better Mortgage was great. My contact was Sarah Hoogerhyde she was awesome! When I had questions and problems she solved them quickly and professionally.
Doing this refi was the easiest I have ever done. The agent was sooooo helpful and knowledgable. I made appointments to talk to her and get answers to questions which I loved!!! No "on hold" for hours. The process was totally painless and I was able to get the absolute best rate with the agents help. I can't say enough good things about this company and my agent.
Our house is well over 100 years old and the time had arrived to tackle a few major projects. We contacted the folks at Better . com to inquire how their process worked. We answered a couple questions, mostly what we had in mind and qualifiers. Once that was in place, a series of documents were requested and we returned via a secure upload procedure. The entire process was online and by phone until the actual closing, very seamless and when questions arose, the Better staff was quick to get us the answers we needed to move ahead. The closing was scheduled at a time & day of our choosing with a local closing agent. We couldn't be more pleased with how this whole process moved along from 1st contact to closing.
Better made the home buying process so easy! I was able to submit the required documents whenever I had a few moments. They were quick to respond to questions and the website was easy to use.

My husband and I refinanced though better mortgage for a lower interest rate. We had a great loan advisor and an easy experience. It was all online and we had someone come to our house for to sign the final paperwork. I did look around at better rates with 3 other companies and no one even got close to the rate we got!
I had a wonderful experience with better mortgage. They are so helpful. Everything was line up so i was wondering or confused that wat the next step is. What happened what gonna happen what the next step gonna be everything was there and explained. Ppl was telling me how i made a mistake to get bank online and i was new. I honestly had a wonderful experience from start to finish. I was able to close within 30 days without too many hiccups. The only frustration that I experienced was having to schedule times to meet with my loan officer which would prove to be difficult during crunch time of getting in all paperwork on time, but it got done. My Better realtor C.Watkins was a dream come true... she was patient, dedicated, and understanding. So, overall I'm a happy new homeowner!

This was, hands down, the best mortgage experience ever (and I’ve been through quite a few). I wasn’t sure what to expect from the process, but Better Mortgage and the team that supported my process made it easy every step of the way. Oct 09,2022Better is terrible. I had a horrible experience top to bottom buying a home last October. They not only made mistakes every step of the way (mistakes are understandable, but at some point you have to be competent), they handled their misteps with horrible communication and internal finger pointing. I wouldn't recommend Better to my worst enemy. Avoid at all costs
