He always got right back to me when I called was happy to explain the answers to my many questions from my novice understanding of the procedure. I truly appreciate him and his patience. Thank you!

Dec 22,2021We were first time home buyers. As soon as we submitted our information for prequalification, a helpful representative called to walk us through the process. We were assigned a team to make sure everything moved along smoothly and that our questions were answered. We were provided an excellent local real estate agent, and we received 1% of the purchase price toward our closing costs for working with them. We researched many lenders, we got official loan estimates from a few different lenders, and Better's was by far the best offer. The Better employees were always prompt, knowledgeable, and polite, and the online portal was clean and user friendly. Our experience with Better was great, and we would highly recommend them.

Dec 22,2021System problems have continued for OVER two months. My agent does not want to talk; never calls when appointment is made. Hypothesis: My agent was most likely fired and the company is trying to hide it. Underwriters DID NOT understand the four 1099s from my brokerage firms. As you can see, they are extremely incompetent.

Dec 21,2021Better turned out to be an excellent choice for a home loan on our house that was being newly constructed. Our home loan advisor was second to none when it came to prompt, clear explanations of how the process works and how to accomplish all the tasks that are required in the home loan process. The team assigned to me was extremely good at getting things done fast and on short deadlines imposed by the builder. In terms of value, they were much better than the competitors and showed a strong willingness to negotiate. They also make the process easy to pick your desired rate and see the impact of your loan. As always, you should still get estimates from other lenders. Better was willing to try to match or beat my other offers - for me, it turned out they were the best offer from the beginning anyway. They have very low lender fees and very low rates. It’s almost like they want you to win. All in all, if I had to do this process again, I know for a fact that I’m going to start with Better.

Dec 21,2021I think everything was very straightforward. Tasks were easy to complete. Some portions of the forms were not clear. For example, I have stock in the company where I work. I am not a founder just have minimal ownership. There was no place for me to report these assets other than do you have ownership in the company. But when I did that it assumed I owned the whole thing and started it

Dec 21,2021A simple and easy home finance experience. The entire refinance process finished in just 2 weeks and all the questions were well addressed. Online portal is very user friendly and self explanatory. Agents are friendly enough in entertaining the loan estimates match from competitors. Highly recommended.

Dec 21,2021The entire loan process was incredibly smooth and user friendly. One's personal access site has all the information you need and allows one to easily compare interest rates, cash refi amounts, closing costs etc. Again, user friendly. Huge props to our loan originator, Stephanie H., who was incredibly helpful, always in a great mood, and responded quickly to our prompts. Courtney and Lauren were also great. I am certain that we will return for any other purchasing or refinancing needs.
