Jan 18,2022Most of the process went smoothly and the rates were the best I was able to find. The process took longer than anticipated because it took them a long time to find an appraiser but we worked through things and closed a bit later than originally anticipated.

Very helpful, kept us updated, moved the process along quickly, always responded to emails timely, stayed in communication with the closing attorney, etc. She was excellent! Highly recommend!

Better rate was best in market. I am overall happy with service received from Dennis at Better. When Dennis was on leave, other team member was available to support

I honestly feel like he did what he could to ensure my wife and I got the best deal possible for our refinance. The process was so easy and smooth. The better Mortage portal is super user friendly. Absolutely no complaints. Will recommend.

Jan 18,2022Great service - you can text your loan advisor any time and they'll respond - last minute changes at 9pm? No problem. Maybe not the best work-life balance for them, butbreally convenient for the customer. They worked hard to get me the best rate, and harder to get me to close with them. A good experience all around.

Marina Perez was my loan officer and she was professional and provided outstanding help. Was always there to help answer questions. Tasks as assigned to you and you simply have to complete them.
