Jan 11,2022We were first time home buyers (husband and I) and we heard that the mortgage process can be tough, but we closed in 30 days more or less and shortly after new years day, i believe the seller wasnt as ready. Every milestone was a teachable moment. My mortgage expert Steven O. was professional and patient with us. I would recommend all who are prepared to get a mortgage work with Better.com they have a strong team and coordinated with all the real estate players flawlessly.

Someone was always available to answer my questions whenever I called. Everyone really seemed to pride themselves on being responsive and getting things resolved with urgency. I had no surprises during the lending process and it was a fabulous experience.

The refi was rapid enough that there was very little duplicate / refreshed information required. Our advisor was very responsive, and was able to answer any questions that we had.

It smooths out the edges of an otherwise archaic and rigid process (which gave me confidence to continue with the decision to do a second refinance in two years, and pay for max points to bring down the rate as much as I could). I had no idea that such seamless technology existed - these guys did what my LOCAL bank could NOT do - and you could feel their smiles even though everything was over the phone, text and online. They are BETTER and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a better system for financing :)

Jan 07,2022My friend and realtor recommended Better Mortgage. My refi was really easy and Francesco and his associate Skye were capable, nice and easy to reach with questions. I was in a different state working when my Refi was complete and that was no problem. The mobile notary that was sent to complete closing docs was very experienced in escrow and closings and made it quick and easy even while working out of state. This was a great experience for me.

I was a little nervous at first dealing with an online only re-finance but it couldn't have gone any better. My home advisor Diego was exceptional and let me know when I needed to complete any task required. If I had any questions he was right there to help me figure things out. It was fast and professional. I would recommend better.com to anyone that wants a professional and easy way to finance a home. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Jan 11,2022Better had the best mortgage rates and I live their self service platform for shopping rates and seeing how that impacts fees. I wish everyone used the same software platform. Despite the holiday shutdown better did a great job staying in touch and keeping things moving.
