Jan 13,2022Better Mortgage Interest rate was reasonable when compared with other competitors.Dashboard was super helpful to show the total cost in case of different down payments as well as other needs. Totally, It's a smooth process and all the credit should go to the Loan Advisor ( Sara Arredondo) on clarifying my questions/doubts at any time via call/message. I'm happy that I chose Better mortgage for my housing loan and satisfied with their services..

Jan 13,2022They still charging monthly membership after i canceled my account! I never used the gym or the pool and I get charged twice , alltogether 80 pound! They wrote back we canceled your membership but the system still charging me!

Jan 13,2022Outstanding experience! User friendly website, fast and courteous response times from the staff, and an on-time, trouble free closing! The only negative was issues getting into the portal multiple times, but the good far outweighed this problem. Highly recommend!

The user portal allowed us to easily estimate our monthly payment based on downpayment and rates to see which scenario would serve us best. Once we locked in the rate we liked, we weren't sure what to expect. The support and communication we received from there was exceptional, with a dedicated team of folks that were able to answer our questions or help with the process. Response times were always quick. Our realtor and title company both commented on the ease and responsiveness they also experienced with Better. Very happy with the experience from start to finish.

Jan 12,2022First time doing a Refinance using an online company (not brick and mortar company). My “Home Advisor” FLORIAN was just that; he listened carefully and then advised us and informed us of the best options for our specific situation and budget. We even changed our minds and yet he was there each step of the way. The experience was seamless with excellent communication throughout and just the right amount of information that you need as you need it since logistics are involved. We did not even have to leave the house since they sent a notary to us at our request!!! I would definitely recommend Better.com for any generation that knows how to upload a document. Florian and his team would even walk you through that though - surely with a smile and professionalism! Do ask for him!!!

Secondly, the customer service and ease of applying, providing documentation was amazing. The communication was over the top. I have nothing bad to say about my experience.
