Mar 18,2023I had bought a new car and the agent called me the next morning to ask me if I authorized a vehicle change to my policy. He said he would take care of switching the cars on the policy and emailed proof of insurance coverage right away.

Mar 18,2023Our agent makes too many mistakes and causes us to have to spend too much time on the phone trying to correct her mistakes. This has caused us to to explore other options and possibly change carriers. It’s not worth the stress!!
