Apr 13,2023First, the agent, Greg Duffey. I had been doing business with him for some years, mostly for business health care insurance which became personal when I retired. He has a relatively low key but no nonsense approach. Secondly, our liability insurance premiums, mostly auto, were way too high and I had lost patience with the agency had been handling our insurance for decades. So finally, I asked Greg for a review and very quickly he zeroed on some gain changing issues and within 48 hours we signed on with Westfield and saved $2000 annually.

Jackie kept me Informed daily as to Nationwide corporate billing department’s SLOW responses to correct their billing error on my Umbrella policy!!! Two Weeks!!! Finally resolved March 22 2023.
