Didn’t get 5 stars because our bill was sent to Mortgage company and we are self payers. Mortgage company didn’t pay it as we don’t have escrow for that. Our insurance could have lapsed if we hadn’t called to inquire about our bill.

They do not return calls. They have no explanation as to why my insurance went up over $100 / month, nor why their online quote is $300 less per month than what I'm being charged.

It has taken me over ten years to realize that no one was properly servicing my account and that I was paying a premium of approx $20,000 per year for coverage that Chubb would have provided at less than 6000. It also appears that discounts such as security system were never credited. Shame on me for trusting that my agent would be looking out for me

Blue Ridge handled the claim with their usual efficiency and professionalism. Wetsfield did well until it was routed to the total loss department which took 6 weeks to settle a very clear uncomplicated claim. Judy & Angela with Blue Ridge were great! Natalie & Lynn with Westfield did everything in their power to expedite the claim. The Westfield total loss division was the problematic department, but once Kelly was assigned it was settled quickly
Robin my agent was just wonderful to work with. She let me know that we could save money by changing accounts. Coming to her office we were able to complete our process within minutes because of her preparations. Thank you for excellent service.

The guy who did our claim underpriced all and wanted to paint over most water damage then never told us pictures were required till they threatened to cancel us. Honest person who pays on time and this was a disgrace.
