Jun 17,2024Habe Anfang Mai ein Surfboard bestellt und einige Wochen lang keine Infos erhalten, wann verschickt wird. Ende Mai wurde es endlich geliefert und kam leider kaputt an. Habe das natĂŒrlich gemeldet. Seitdem sind einige Wochen vergangen, die Kommunikation ist zĂ€h, meine Anfragen werden nicht beantwortet und das kaputte Board liegt immer noch bei mir zuhause. Absolut unprofessionell, werde hier nie mehr etwas bestellen

Jun 17,2024Ho acquistato un paio di Adidas scontante, dopo la prima volta che le ho utilizzate la suola si Ă© scollata da entrambe le scarpe. Sono stato ingenuo nel non tenere lo scontrino e riportarle indietro. Ho comunque il sospetto che lo sconto fosse presente in quanto il modello aveva un difetto di fabbrica. Quindi per ora la mia esperienza non Ă© positiv, spero di ricredermi in futuro.

Jun 16,2024Really bad customer service. We placed an order, one of the items didnât fit so we returned it at our own expense. Several months later the item came back to us, still in our packaging, just with âreturn to senderâ written on it. No refund, and we wasted all that money sending it to them. We double checked and yes, we had the correct address. Donât buy anything from them online, you canât return it! Oh and just to update after their response - nowhere on their returns form does it say anything about customs declarations - there is simply an address to return it to, which we did. What sort of fools donât include returns information on the returns form? Have they got 5 year olds in their customer services team?
