Dec 15,2024When I got to the hotel they stated that I did not have a reservation and because I didn't have the cash in my account anymore I ended up having to stay somewhere where my car got broken into and you know it just was the most horrible experience ever. Not only to my car get broken into at this other place they wouldn't even let me see the video camera footage of that night and they did not give me my deposit back so I literally have to like probably take them to court or something. Plus I never got my money back from booking online with you guys so I paid for two rooms on the same night just to get robbed.
