Dec 06,2024First of all - I would not even give this company a 1 star review - they deserve ZERO stars - the review would not let me type anything unless I picked a star. I booked a reservation with booking online for the time period of July 07 - July 12/2024. I EVEN BOUGHT INSURANCE in case of severe uncontrollable situations that would cause me to honor my reservation. I checked in the hotel on the 1st day, July 07, the HURRICANE hit, and the hotel was without power for days. I checked out after the 1st night after the hotel told me they could not indicate when they would have power (it was the hurricane that hit Houston where some facilities were without power for weeks). After checking out of the hotel after day 2, due to loss of power, I called booking online to explain to them what happened to hopefully and logically get my refund. They said I would hear from them within approximately 30 days. To date, I have not heard back from the company DESPITE the fact that they charged my credit card for almost 650.00(the entire reservation stay despite checking out on day 2). I would NEVER use this company again and, in my opinion, they should be eliminated as a business.

Dec 05,2024I booked a stay in Reno Nevada with a “hidden” guarantee of free cancellation until the day before my trip. My trip isn’t until January 15, 2025 and I went through the process December 4, 2024 to cancel. I have all documents that are required to cancel but still get an email from them stating I don’t meet requirements. You can find me on YouTube, David Breedlove, for the documents involved. If enough people got together for a lawsuit, this would stop
