Dec 13,2024My wife booked a room at the Philadelphia Airport hotel on what she thought was the hotel's website. Turns out that it was this 3rd party re-booker. For a room for one night, she was charged in excess of $450. The hotel rate for the same room, the same night, was $286 which included all taxes and fees and which could be cancelled up until the day of arrival with a full refund. BookingOnline charges a 25% "fee" for any cancellation and they charged $36.36 for a "Refund Protection Plan" which we neither signed up for nor wanted but seems the only way you can get 75% of your money back. Caveat emptor.

He was very courteous and professional and patient. I wish more people were like him. He made me feel comfortable and I am looking forward to my stay because of his great customer service
