I would definitely use the site again and just a shame that the store isn't closer to me in London or I would definitely visit regularly based on this experience. I loved the handwritten thank you note that I received with my order - nice touch in an anonymous on line shopping world.

They came highly recommended from a friend in Bristol who said the shop assistants had done lots if research so you knew you would be buying quality products. The shipping was quick and effective and I liked the card from the lady who packed it.

Jan 08,2014Well, I love pretty much everything about BORN. The location, even if not accessible via Under/Overground, it's served by several and great bus routes. Once you reach Church Street, you can be sure you'll make a wonderful day or afternoon trip, as the shop is surrounded by pretty cafes, bars, restaurants and shops of all sorts. So no time is wasted! The staff is reliable, very kind and show they have a very good grip with what they sell. They know their scores, they are able to advice you thoroughly and if they can save you a bit of money, they would certainly do so. Talking of which, money it's the only not-extremely positive bit, but then again kids stuff is expensive anyway and a real on-the-street shop will never beat internet prices….But hang on….do we want to buy things for our children without proper advice from experts?? NO! So even if I wouldn't call BORN a cheap shop, I would still definitely go there!

Dec 30,2013I've always been very pleased with buying items from Born. I recently needed nappy accessories close to Christmas and the order arrived very promptly even though they must have been busy at this time of year. Products are always as described and good quality. No complaints whatsoever!

So when I found this company they were so helpful on the phone and I had the goods speedily couriered at no cost, I was delighted! Great service, and a lovely personalised chrisas card when delivered. They saved my skin this Christmas!
