I found on Born's website the product that wasn't available anywhere. The shipping time was very quick, product as described and packed with a personal touch. Highly recommend this shop!

I ordered the Stokke xplory back seat cover and was aware that there was a 4-6 week delivery time. However it arrived in just over 2 weeks! I was so pleased as this was the only site that I could find that sold the specific part I needed and at a great price too. The cover was really well packaged and the service was great. Ordering was easy peasy, I still can't believe I was able to find exactly what I needed.

I have bought from Born since my son was born, 2 years ago. The customer service is excellent, and the staff knowledgable and polite. We attended baby massage classes in the shop which were also excellent. Communication could be better: I ordered a Totseat recently, came to collect it from the store and then had a call 2 weeks later to ask when I was coming in to collect it.... Overall though, a fabulous shop.

I bought the Bowron baby sheepskin for the baby girl I'm expecting in February, and chose the shorn one which is lovely. It's so gorgeous that my little boy (3) has been very willing to put our smell on it for his sister by sleeping with it in our bed till her arrival! I think we might end up with one just for him too... I thought it was also a competitive price and it arrived quickly. Thank you!

The Born website is easy to use and informative, the product selection and reviews are really helpful and the team at Born have been easy to pick up the phone to and helpful. The only thing I would say is that on sending the goods the packaging could be improved - my boxes arrived with branding from other businesses on them (recycling much appreciated however!) but one of the boxes hadn't withstood the courier process well and was broken at the corner. When you are buying new things for your newborn you do hope they will arrive a little more safely and well packaged.

I was really impressed with Born, I found their company to be very easy to order from and they confirmed as and when my order would be delivered! They then updated me on my mobile phone with a delivery date! Very competitive prices and a Fast and reliable service! And I have recommended their services to my friends! Also the lovely personalised card sent with my delivery was a lovely touch thank youxx

I've really struggled to find the stokke care storage baskets, this is the only site I've found, got free delivery and the items were with me next day. Extremely happy with the product and service
