Nov 01,2013I bought an Ergobaby package from Born. It arrived quickly and is great. There are a lot of fake Ergos being sold online so I was nervous about buying one, but this one is genuine and brilliant. Thank you Born!

Oct 30,2013Would recommend to other people. One thing for improvement is to have an update in the middle of the order delivery. You get confirmation when purchased and another when item is dispatched, but nothing in between. With estimated one month delivery you really need re assurance in between. Otherwise all good. Thank you.

Oct 21,2013Got to know this shop from the web that sold Manduca Carriers and so went to have a look at the London Store. The staff were very attentive and explained almost everything on how to use the carrier and the pros and cons between different brands. And although I had to spend some time to confirm and deliberate on which brand to purchase, they were always servicing with a smile. Also the delivery of the items were very fast too because they did not have the stock at the London shop and had to send from Bristol. All in all, a splendid experience with Born and would definitely recommend this shop to everyone.

The was a bit of back and forth (from me) about nappy sizes which they dealt with very well and customer service was excellent. Very happy with the products and the range they offer is great. I would happily recommend them to a friend.

Oct 11,2013Born are so much more than a great shop they are a philosophy in making the most of being a parent . I went in today simply to buy a buggy blanket but ended up talking through some of my parenting issues and left feeling a whole lot lighter . Not many places offer the chance to re connect with what matters and to remember the bigger perspective with parenting . Born does just that and I am always so grateful as a parent that it is around .

Oct 04,2013As a first time mum- your staff are supportive and educational. Nothing seems too much. Your stock is everything that I love, which can be more expansive than bigger high street brands but absolutely worth it for the high quality, local, organic and ethical products. My partners individual needs (physical disability) have also been considered when helping us with our product choices. The only thing that would help, him in particular, is a parking space but appreciate the impossibility of this due to the location of your Bristol branch

Sep 27,2013My broken part was delivered within the promissed time frame. Service was exeptional friendly. Only complaint I wasn't adviced of the delivery cost when I ordered replacement part ( which was still under warrenty).

Nov 12,2013I am so pleased to have found this company. Having just had a second baby in quick succession of our first, any shopping time has been cut considerably. Born Direct makes it not just very easy to buy quickly, a good choice of products but their Customer Service is second to none. I will now only shop with them, just a shame that they don't run to grocery shopping too!
