Sep 26,2013I have just purchased a pair of slippers for my little grandaughter who has just had her 1st birthday and is walking so l wanted some slippers that she would keep on.l have bought these slippers for other grandchildren and they have been very sucsessful.l was very pleased with the very speedy service from Born.

Sep 24,2013I ordered a new canopy for my Bugaboo pram. When I placed the order it advised a lead time of 4-6 weeks. At 4 weeks Born phoned me to let me know they were chasing up my order. Bugaboo had mislead them and were not keeping them informed of what was going on with my order - which I believe as I had bought spare parts for my pram before and had the same experience with that company. The Born customer service team kept in touch weekly and were really helpful at rerouting my order to a different address, as with the delay I was going off on maternity leave and having it delivered at work wasn't an option anymore! I was phoned and emailed the day my order shipped and I received it next day. So although the ordering process wasn't perfect, it wasn't any of the BOrn team's fault and the customer service level I received was 5 stars.

Sep 23,2013Ordered the Bugaboo Donkey Twin, it was easy to do and without confusion. Advised that delivery would be 4-6 weeks. We received a phone call to say that it was ready to dispatch if we wanted it early and received it a week after ordering.

Sep 18,2013I placed an on-line order on Sunday evening, then called on Monday morning to add an item, the person I spoke to intercepted the package at their depot, had the additional item included, called me back to confirm and still delivered the order on Tuesday at no extra charge. It was all really easy and stress-free.

The delivery arrived promptly and I was really impressed with the personally addressed thank you note. Would shop here again. The only thing stopping me giving a 5 star rating is the £50 minimum for free delivery.

Sep 08,2013I had ordered a Bugaboo Bee which stated it will take 4-6 weeks for delivery. I did not hear anything from the company 4 weeks after the order was originally placed so I had to chase to find out. I was told part of my order was here but the final part did not arrive. A week had then passed and threre was still no news so I had to chase again. This time I was told that it should arrive in a week and a half. By 6 and a half weeks, after chasing once again, I was told again that the final part did not arrive again. As it was a present and the delay of the delivery, I asked for the order, that had arrived to be delivered and I got the final part from John Lewis, who delivered the product the next day. I had only ordered from the company as I was looking for a specific limited edition canopy for the Bugaboo otherwise I would never have ordered from there. I would advice anyone ordering from the company, to stay away and order your products from a more trusted, reliable company. Unless you are willing to wait near enough 2 months for an item.
