We had a request from Australia to source Pushchair accessories but agents contacted were unhelpfull until we spoke to Born who completed our order quickly and we are totally satisfied

My order was only for a spare part for my Stokke high chair but it arrived promptly with a hand written note thanking me for my custom. What a lovely thing to do :-). It brought a smile to my face and a hope that I will be able to buy with them again soon.

I ordered a Stokke Care mattress and 2 baskets for it from the website which was very easy to use and clearly showed when I should expect my goods. Great communication once the items had been despatched (ahead of schedule I must add) and when they arrived they came very well packaged with all the information on I could need. In all very happy with the service and wouldn't hesitate to use again, or recommend to anyone else. Thanks ladies!

I cannot rate Born highly enough. I had a very minor issue and was contacted by phone straight away and issue addressed. Received item with lovely personal card apologising and my excellent value for money items plus a surprise for mix up. It is so refreshing for a company to be so customer focused. Will definitely be back. Retailers small and large could learn a lot from Born. Thanks again.

Easy to use site, found the item I needed quickly. Ordering was hassle free with dispatch times clearly visible. Items were delivered earlier than expected which was fantastic and the personal handwritten thank you was a pleasant suprise - and a very nice touch. Will definitley order from Born again.

I would highly recommend Born to anyone looking for baby equipment of a high practical standard combined with excellent design, whether traditional or modern. The service I received during my on-line purchase still felt very personal and attentive, something which is relatively uncommon and was most welcome to discover. I cannot fault the product or the service I received - well done you!

The website was easy to use and navigate around. Didn't take long to complete the order. My parcel arrived a couple of days later with a handwritten note to say thank you & to let me know that one item would be sent separately. I will be back.

I ordered a spare part for my child's buggy online. When I went in to collect it, i was informed that I had bought two by accident. I was then instantly refunded for the item I did not require. Not many retailers would bother to point this out. Great service and nice little shop too.
