Jun 26,2013I bought the ERGObaby in Galaxy Grey after much deliberation and procrastination. I discovered that Born was an authorised stockist through the ERGObaby UK facebook page. Although there are a number of other authorised UK stockists, I thought that Born had the nicest, easiest to navigate, website, and it felt trustworthy. The online purchase was straightforward and simple and my product arrived earlier than I'd expected, in perfect condition and with a rather lovely handwritten card inside (a nice touch). I would recommend this website most definitely.

Jun 25,2013Like many mums I alway price cheek before I by. Born had the best deal for buying a stoke Tripp Trapp, toddler seat and cusion. They also had the biggest selection of colour which made choiceing my final order even more fun. Excite about the products, I was not dissipiont when my items where dispatch the following day. I only selected the free deliver option.. The persionally sighned thank you cared just added that special touch and made me feel like my custon was truly apprechated. Would highly recommend born and will be shopping from again :-)

Aisling seemed genuinely interested in ensuring my purchase arrived in time and was most helpful. The items ordered arrived sooner than expected and were exactly as specified. Since the first time we walked in we were welcomed and treated not as customers but as a couple approaching parenting and we were given the best possible advice - clearly not for the shop interest, but for our own needs. When, all of a sudden and before the due date, I was admitted to the hospital and gave birth, Georgina and her staff have played a fundamental role in helping us with practical and emotional support. Not to forget, the quality of every single item we bought from Born is outstanding. We couldn't recommend Born enough. S&A

Jun 15,2013I recently placed an order for a stokke striped blanket for my xplory pushchair - sadly the blanket arrived with a pull in the material (through no fault of born), and the knit stitching broken. I contacted born customer services to see if an exchange could be made, the customer service team were fantastic, and I was allocated another blanket to replace my previous order straight away. Can no rate their customer services highly enough. Thank you

I also felt that despite the fact this was a purchase over the internet, i still had what felt to be the personal touch from Born. Would highly recommend them!!!

Jun 10,2013As a large chested woman who likes support with comfort I find these bras ideal. I have had them before from a different comapny but Googled Bravado bras and this site came up with good prices. I ordered 2 so p&p was free, it was simple to do and the bras arrived in just a couple of days. |Inside the packaging was a nice hand written card hoping I was pleased with my purchase (I am). I would certainly shop with Eva and Georgina again even though I am 60 with no chance of being pregnant.
