Mar 26,2013I have looked at the website before and always been drawn to it and now with baby on the way I couldn't resist! Born are having a promotion on the fabulous stokke newborn sets so I grabbed my chance! The website is so easy to use and the item arrived just as promised. Not only did it arrive safe and sound but there was a handwritten note of thanks in the delivery note! Which companies do that these days?.. Currently looking at the next purchase I can make :)

A personal touch was the handwritten thank you note, very nice. Will definitely recommend and order again as they have fab products.

Mar 10,2013The customer service at Born pre AND post sale is so good I simply should have bought more from this shop ! When I was expecting I bought part of my baby list with John Lewis and a few great pieces with Born. JL nursery advisor was very good with but quite frankly Born outdid them on the customer service. I am not talking about the sales bit but the after sale side of things. Although I didn't buy my Bugaboo with Born they always happily helped showing me more little tricks I didn't know about my buggy, and helped me change the configuration, install the footmuff. A busy shop on Oxford St like JL delivers but doesn't assemble or anything like that. Born the little local shop does. That's a lesson learnt. Mar 06,2013Delivered within 2 days of placing the order. Cannot fault it. Delivery charges for a very light weight and small item were a little expensive though. That is my only gripe, hence why I have not rated 5 stars. But communication, website and tranasction was excellent and I would certainly recommend.
