The customer service person was honest and said there was actually an issue with the website and she could take my order. She then added 10% off and free shipping due to the inconvenience. Amazing!

Amazing customer service, speedy email replies, and product deliveries. Items are of solid construction, and they look good as well! We purchased a freestanding iPad stand and Brother Printer holder. I am hoping to order the iPad cover soon!
