Feb 27,2024Your product was misleading in showing a printer in the photos. I unfortunately did not read the fine print and did not realize the printer was not included. In addition, the price point for this product is way too high if it does not include the printer. If I had known this beforehand, I would not have purchased this item.

Feb 06,2024Product design and quality is good; however, selecting accessories can be tricky (e.g. power port accessory needs to be customized in the case). They have no north american centre to process returns, so items have to go back to the UK and return shipping makes it cost prohibitive. They also support really old Android tablet models (2018, 2019, etc.), this needs to be updated / increased for both the case and accessories if they want to capture the Android market. For these reasons, it's unlikely that I'll buy another bouncepad.

Jan 11,2024The Eddy tablet holder is really fantastic, but the website says it can hold most 7” to 13” tablets. I have a Samsung galaxy A7 lite, which is 8.7” and it does not fit. There is also a separate part of the website where you can select your tablet and find compatible holders. there is an 8.7” Samsung tablet on that list that claims to be compatible with the Eddy. It’s frustrating and we now have to return the tablets and get something more expensive to be able to use this holder.
