Apr 13,2025We ordered a 4m Nova Dome tent. So far we’ve only put it up in the garden but are planning to go camping in it soon. It’s easy to put up if you follow instructions on video. Very spacious inside and the headroom is fantastic. The quality is excellent and it feels robust. It arrived boxed in a large canvas bag which is easy to stow away. Haven’t used in the rain as yet. Everyone who has seen it is really impressed with how it looks. We can’t wait to camp in it properly. The team were very helpful too, spoke to Sam. The added trolley was really too. So in all, I highly recommend this product to anyone thinking of getting one.

Apr 04,2025Where to start...I haven't received the tent yet because of issues with customs, I've spend probably 8 hours on the phone trying to sort things out, why? Because the tent is manufactured in China so if the value is over $800 you have to provide your SS#, name, address, etc to DHL/Customs before the package can be released, only DHL sends a "cryptic" email asking for this information and telling you to "click the link" and provide your life information on a non secure site. Makes perfect sense to me. Of course that couldn't possibly be a scam, just click the link and provide your date of birth, SS#, phone number, name and address. I sure hope the tent is fantastic to make up for all of the headache the shipping has been. Oh, do tell where they say they manufacture their products in China and not the UK. I'll buy in the good 'ol USA from now on!
