Jun 19,2024Overall a good experience ordering from Boutique Stone. Good communication from warehouse operations. Tiles were packaged well for transport with additional protective foam and polystyrene used, which was a big relief given that all the free samples had arrived broken and not so well protected. An additional tile was placed on top of the pallet to provide solid protection on top, which I thought was a thoughtful touch and not one I’ve seen from other suppliers and I have used a few. I’ve not inspected each box yet but everything seems to be in order. Tiles look amazing and I can’t wait to get them installed!

Alex was so helpful from start to finish and made such a great effort to get us so additional tiles on top of our main order at lightening speed! The tiles are of superior quality and are shipped extremely well protected, not one broken tile on arrival! Thank you again to the whole team at boutique stone, we will be back!

Choosing tiles for my bathroom was a big decision and he was very patient. I would highly recommend a visit. Delivery was on time and the driver again was polite and helpful. I am more than happy with how my bathroom turned out.

May 07,2024We were late picking tiles for our bathroom. With the mix we selected one was on a longer lead time, but Boutique Stone were very helpful and managed to get this earlier, so all the tiles arrived at the same time allowing us to start the tiling with no delay
