Apr 26,2024I ordered the tiles for my bathroom easily and had a small wait until they were able to be dispatched . The delivery time was noted when I was ordering so I was aware and I received my order before said time . Tiles look good although they are not on my walls at the moment . Work is due to start in my bathroom at the beginning of May . I am looking forward to seeing the tiles in situ

Apr 19,2024I am a delighted customer. I wish the bathroom was bigger so I could use more tiles! or even have 2 bathrooms to refurbish!!!! They are beautiful tiles. From the start, getting samples and the order together was easy and Alex was so responsive and helpful and reassuring. I have no hesitation in recommending Boutique stone and will be doing so to my friends and family.

Mar 26,2024Tiles are sold at high end prices but on reflection and further research some are not as great as they first appear ( would question if they are true trezzo). The customer service is appalling and the team do not honour discounts ( even though they will come up with excuses for this), it does have some lovely tiles but has a small firm mentality and management. I renovate houses for a living but I won’t be returning as I feel there are lots of other company’s who have better customer service, quality tiles and prices.

Mar 16,2024Beautiful tiles, high quality. Communications were great and Alex was very helpful when asked lots of questions. Tile delivery wasn't speedy but I guess mine were coming from overseas so had to wait a bit longer than hoped. Finished result is fantastic! Highly recommend Boutique Stone.
