Jun 08,2023It is no better nor worse than I would expect these days. Beds were delivered quite a lot later than originally promised. Delivery was fine and operatives courteous, but surely the bases could have been unwrapped and the wrappings taken away as part of the purchase. According to the epic logistics website it would have cost another £22 for 5 minutes work. Fortunately we are still able enough to do it ourselves. It would make us think twice about another purchase.

Jun 07,2023Great quality, easy to assemble, delivered within the promised 2 weeks. I would highly recommend the only tiny criticism is that it did not include the spanner as it should have done but, not a problem for me personally.

May 20,2023I ordered my king-size side lift storage bed base from British Beds Direct on line and that was nice and easy to do. They kept me informed of delivery time which was great to know and it was delivered earlier than expected which was even better. The delivery went great no problems at all, the guys were so helpful so all good and the bed base is exactly what I wanted Absolutely Brilliant, lovely finnish great workmanship. So I'm very pleased 10 out of 10

Apr 27,2023Bed delivery was delayed which was beyond the company’s control, but upon receipt the feet do not fit n the base. Despite calls and emails over the past week I am yet to hear about when this issue will be resolved. Shame because the bed itself seems otherwise good at first glance, though we’re unable to install the pistons and use it for storage yet.

Apr 16,2023Don’t waste your time with this company. Placed an order nearly 7 weeks ago. Apparently the bed was dispatched and with the courier to be delivered last week. Then got an email saying the company went into administration and since it’s under different management, they cannot fulfill my order. What a joke! So I basically waited for so long and nothing. Now have to place an order with another company. Will never shop with British beds again and will not recommend. There are so many companies out there who can make similar beds and can deliver within a few days. Save yourself the hassle and find another company to order from.

Apr 15,2023I had to contact the company on more than one occasion and they always answered quickly and actually listened to what I was asking. Very helpful and gave me enough information to make my decision. The bed I bought and material I chose is very good and was delivered quickly.
