Jul 27,2022Delivery was great. It would have been nice to have some better instructions and a way of securing the 2 halves together as it seems a bit unstable when trying to push the mattress down to close the ottoman. The mattress also slips a bit.

Jul 25,2022I telephoned ahead to work out how to arrange delivery soon after I moved into my new home. The staff were friendly and helpful. Delivery went smoothly with the bed carried into the upstairs bedroom.

Jul 24,2022Could be better. Bed is solid and the ottoman function works well. There are obvious signs the construction was rushed with joins of materials uneven, some small nails almost poking through storage base, both ottoman lids close at a separating angle and glue wiped on the top of the non slip material. While you can’t see these when the lid is down it’s still disappointing that it was sent out like this. Delivery estimate was 14 days but took 22, not terrible but longer than I would have liked.

Jul 21,2022The headboard is very well made and we are very pleased with it. Whilst the time between order and delivery is not immediate, this was delivered within the published timeframe. We were kept well informed by the company and their courier service. I do suggest you get the sample fabric as the colour differed somewhat to my screen but for me this was not of particular importance.

Jul 20,2022Took about 3 weeks to arrive from ordering but customer service very good and replied promptly to any questions I had. Bed is really lovely and very comfy. Only 1 delivery driver but he took his shoes off, was very friendly and arrived on time and luckily my husband was home to help. Would order from this company again. Plus beds are british made!

Jul 20,2022From the helpful fabric samples which were sent quickly and were professionally labelled, British Beds Direct kept to their word, delivering a beautiful blanket box in the time they said, with delivery date and time agreed and updates on the day of delivery. Also appreciated the free two-person delivery to room of choice (upto first floor). The workmanship on the blanket box is fantastic. Very well made and reasonably priced. Keep up the good work!
