Update: No contact, no email, nothing from Brosa till today. It took them one week to write 3 lines for their incompetence. In fact, Brosa failed to deliver the order again today after their delivery partner scheduled the delivery!! The best part is that one of the team members emailed me saying my delivery is scheduled for today and if I would still like to cancel my order. Guys, what is there to cancel? Do you even make furniture or just take our money and sit quietly? ******* I ordered a ready to ship bed from Brosa on 12th January 2022. The pickup was confirmed on 17th January with delivery scheduled on 24th Jan 8:00 am to 11:00 am. Now today, after waiting for the delivery and no communication from the delivery partners ANC at Brosa I contacted the customer service. Their customer service reps are simply bots who read from the script. No explanation, no reasoning nothing from them. On contacting ANC I got to know the order was never handed over to them for delivery. When I contacted Brosa again, their customer service rep started sending the same response as before. When I said if you could check with your delivery team now he simply ended the chat and left. Not sure if the business or customers are a joke to them. This is the first and the last time I have dealt with Brosa. Probably a fraudulent business. Stay away from this business
Do not buy from this company. I ordered my couch at the end of November and was promised delivery by Christmas. When they missed that delivery date, they said at the latest end of January and they’ve missed that as well. I still can’t get an estimated date, and they first blamed Christmas shut downs, and lockdowns and now isolations. I don’t have even have faith that my couch will ever arrive.

I was a bit hesitant to buy our furniture through Brosa, after reading all the negative responses about delivery and customer service and boy were they not wrong. Our dining table arrived and one of the chairs were faulty and we were told (after chasing this up ourselves) it wouldn’t arrive for another 14 weeks! We then got half our lounge delivered and were promised the other half the following day. After zero communication on their behalf and my husband and I constantly calling and emailing, we were told the other half will arrive 7 months later! We were promised when we purchased our furniture to give two weeks notice and our furniture will be delivered. How can you promise this when half of your products are currently still in production! Soo disappointing.
I've had a very poor customer service experience with Brosa. I ordered a couch on 29.9.2021. The website stated that this item would be delivered within 1-2 weeks, with a potential 1-2 week delay due to Covid. Of course I had a lot of understanding and patience given the current climate. However, the downfall was definitely the customer treatment that followed. Firstly, the couch just never showed and I was the one who had to follow up constantly. Over 50 emails back and forth and multiple calls to the delivery company, the couch was never delivered. I paid $500 for delivery and had to argue to get a small compensation refund. After 2 months, I was told the couch was lost and they'd send a new one, however at that point, the website stated that the couch I ordered was going to be back in stock in 23-25 weeks. I questioned this after I received no dispatch notification for a week or two and never heard back on that. I then went ahead and emailed them to cancel and refund my order. The refund was also never issued, so I lodged a dispute with my bank at the end of December. The problem is really not the delivery delay, things can happen. But what's appalling is the lack of customer service. I'd like to believe the customer representatives have tried and they have been nice, but it felt like their hands were tied a lot of the time which makes me think something must be seriously wrong with Brosa's management and supply chain. If your delivery partners are overwhelmed, why would you continue using them?! Will unfortunately never order from them again.
Brosa sold me a couch on 23/06/21 and advertised delivery as being 10-18 weeks from the order date. I then received an email on 29/7/21 and 15/9/21 to advise me that the order was being delayed. This was a bulk send out blaming COVID for the delay, online tracking began to simply show the same dates moved back a month every single month. I was given a small refund for the inconvenience at this time, however no answers as to whether I would receive my couch. I got the exact same automatic email on 10/11/21 and 10/12/21 though already knew of the delay because the online tracking always slipped back before the email was delivered. I wish to note that they have continued - for the last 7months whilst acknowledging delays - to advertise this couch as delivering in 10-18 weeks. After waiting 28 weeks, I received half a couch. Only 1 of 2 boxes. I reported this to Brosa, who blamed DHL via call and email on 05/01/22 and stated they would launch an investigation on 5/01/22. I requested that Brosa update me on 06/01/21 and 07/01/21 and both of my emails were ignored. I called DHL directly on 10/01/21 who informed me that Brosa launched an investigation '2minutes ago'. I called Brosa and requested a response to my email in the next 24hrs and was once again, ignored. I called DHL 11/01/21 who advised me that they had contacted Brosa 10/01/21 urging them to contact me. Now tracking is showing I have another delivery due in May 2022 with zero contact from the company.
We recently bought a number of furniture pieces from Brosa. The experience was very easy and positive. The extra online live chat aspect was extremely helpful. It was great to be able to chat to a person after hours, rather than a robot.
I am so pleased with the quality and style of my new Palermo Armchair. I am now considering buying the couches too

Appalling Customer Service and Misleading Delivery Promises. We ordered 6 dining chairs and 3 matching barstools back in March 2021. We were told delivery would be August 2021. We were advised in July it would be September and each month thereafter the delivery date was changed. Not once did we get a phone call - just an email or text. It is now the 20th December and "guaranteed" delivery today - even phoned the office to confirm this morning. Got a text message at 11am saying delivery has been delayed and they would contact us in a couple of days to reschedule! No chairs for Christmas day for us and our guests - we are sitting on the lounge for Christmas lunch! We could have had the chairs hand made in this length of time. Still waiting and still no phone call from anyone at Brosa. DONT order from this company - they are not reliable.
I was very impressed with Brosa's customer service. I actually ordered a product that wasn't due till April 2022. The customer service representative steered me in the right direction and for a slight difference received my order pre delivery date stated. The product is great and exactly what I had been looking for.

We bought from Brosa for the first time ever - and will never go back again. We ordered the Ethan Queen bed frame and bedside tables, which arrived promptly. Upon putting together the bed frame, we realised that we were a) missing a piece and b) the screws needing to hold the bed together were not reaching the receiving end, making the bed unusable. We quickly reported to customer service (who would usually take longer than 4 business days to reply to a simple request) and they said they would send out new screws, and the missing piece. When we received that package two weeks later, they had sent the complete wrong missing piece, and the screws still didn't hold the bed together. We requested a brand new bed, which they provided after weeks of back and forth. The new bed had the exact same problem, with the screws not holding together properly. After 3 months of sleeping on a mattress on the floor, we were finally able to get a full refund (but no apology, or compensation for the 3 months of wasting our time). We then ordered the exact same style of bed from Lounge Lovers (with the same manufacturer as all parts, and labelling was the same), and it worked perfectly. Brosa had just provided a faulty bed two times in a row, along with a painful customer service experience. Strongly do not recommend.
I recently went to the Brosa Studio+ store in Roseberry NSW mainly to see some carpets that I liked online and wanted to see in reality. Linda, sales assistant and stylist was very helpful and friendly. The store has a lot of items on display in what is a relatively small space. I recommend visiting the store to get a hands on experience and excellent customer service with a stylist such as Linda.
Product was exactly as advertised, comfy and looks fancy! Delivery was probably the best I’ve ever experienced. They actually called and arranged a date and time that was convenient for me and then they showed up in time. Great service from start to finish. Measurements for items are comprehensive and accurate. I couldn’t be happier.
I purchased 2 lounges from Brosa and the quality of the product is superb. The colour is exactly as advertised and so comfortable, the first night we had them we feel asleep on them. The service is excellent as they keep you informed all the way through from purchase to delivery. The guys who deliver are professional and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone
