The side tables that we ordered were just as we saw them on the website, were delivered on schedule notwithstanding the current limitations, and appear to be of good quality at a reasonable price. Very happy to this point.

Ordered item on 4/3/21 and I understood delivery would be late June. I paid in full which, in hindsight, was a HUGE mistake. Received email to say item to be delivered 4/6/21 - 18/6/21. Tried to confirm delivery with Carter ANC however Brosa's order number did not match carrier's number. Several emails to Mark in Brosa customer service failed to resolve with Brosa finally suggesting I deal direct with ANC. ANC had my delivery to someone else entirely but thankfully they resolved the issue. Delivery 30/6/21 and item damaged. Process of emails etc recommenced until I threatened Consumer Affairs to get a response on 6/7/21. Got a response finally on 17/7/21 from Marco offering replacement item 20-22 weeks which mean I had to go through the process of repacking and returning item or I could get $70 off. I need the item (still yet to be assembled and has been sitting on floor waiting for Brosa's response), so took $70 to be rid of Brosa. Today, 6/8/21, after me again threatening Consumer Affairs last week, I received the $70 refund. This has been by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. I cannot begin to state how unprofessional they have been and the time, effort, emails and calls I have had to undertake to have my concerns addressed. I have no hesitation in advising anyone who is considering to use them to be absolutely certain that is the only company that you can purchase your item from...and then rethink your situation again.

Delighted with our bar stools! Beautiful and also comfortable. Easy online ordering; loved the feature of seeing the products in the room! Super quick delivery and Covid safe. Looking forward to shopping with Brosa again!!!

Actually would have given zero stars. Customer service never picks up the phone. Left 5 messages during the week and no call back. No response to emails. Purchased goods worth 4K with white glove service and this was the experience. Don't believe the 1-2 business days delivery on website. Its been 1 month and no delivery. Now the reason is there is a lockdown whereas on the website the 1-2 business days message is still there. Also on automated call, you get a message saying that delivery is happening during lockdown. Management - Get your act together. I have cancelled all my products and requested a refund.

We recently bought a couple of Christoph chairs and we really love them. The ‘midnight black’ was a lighter colour than expected but we are actually happy with the colour. ( you can always ask them for a colour swatch or visit their showroom) We had great communication from Brosa and could choose a delivery date that suited us and it all worked out really well.

I had ordered 2 chairs on 30Jun at the Fitzroy studio. - I was told at the time of ordering that my chairs will be delivered on 15Jul and the stylist will change the delivery date accordingly on 07Jul. Whereas when I called on 07Jul to reconfirm the delivery date, I was told that there was no date mentioned in the system for delivery and the first date available was 23Jul. I accepted that as had no other option. - Today on 23Jul, I was delivered only one chair iso 2 chairs. I have been trying to contact your customer service number but no luck to even speaking to any of your staff. I have even left messages for a call back but do not receive any. After several tries, I managed to speak to someone and was told there was a technical issue and the second chair will be delivered today. After a few minutes, I get a message that it will not be possible to deliver the chair today but will be done tomorrow. Again I would say very poor communication, after sales and delivery service. Your furniture is not cheap and when customers are buying, please note they are buying the experience with a reputable company but sorry to say not even upto the mark of reputable.

I ordered the Hertz tallboy, as it looked stunning on the website, and appeared to be a quality piece of furniture made from mango wood. "you get what you pay for" I thought. WRONG. After placing the order, a delivery date was swiftly organised, and to their credit, communication about the delivery was clear and timely, and the two men who delivered it were polite, and wearing their masks. Problems only began when I opened the box only to find that none of the drawers actually work. the top drawer once pulled out, can't be pushed in again, and the bottom one is stuck, and the middle two are detached from the slide rail, because the side of the unit is bowed outwards. So it turns out I was the fool who paid $900 for a broken set of drawers which are functionally useless,. I immediately contacted Brosa and applied for a refund, attaching images of the faulty useless drawers and the gape between the side of the unit and the drawers. But after reading reviews here and elsewhere (that is, the ones that Brosa cannot remove - I have evidence that they are removing negative comments from their FB site. Judging from the experiences of others, I will have to take Brosa to the Office of Fair trading in order to get my money refunded. In two decades of online shopping this has been by far my worst experience. My advice: thoroughly research on independent review sites first.

I had purchased the Mila 3-Seater Sofa on 19/06/2021 which has been delivered on 26/06/2021, however, the one we were provided with has been damaged. I had reached out to customer support with the relevant photo evidence (attached) as soon as it was delivered to sort out an exchange where I had asked for the new replacement to be inspected before delivery. The customer support had confirmed with me that the replacement will be checked and how the warehouse team will be reaching out to sort out the exchange. As I had not heard back from the warehouse team for a week or so, I had reached out to confirm if this exchange was still taking place. The customer support had advised that they are checking in on it but have no further updates. I had asked to speak to the manager as the representative I was speaking to had let me know that there was nothing else they could further do to assist. They advised that I be contacted in the next 24-48 hours (I assumed 2 business days as this was on a Thursday). The 2 business days had come and I had not been contacted to sort this issue. I would never buy or recommend anyone to purchase furniture from BROSA again.

Great experience and a fantastic product. My wife and I recently purchased a boucle swivel chair. We popped into the showroom, saw the chair in person, placed the order and had the chair delivered within a week. It arrived exactly as it looked in the showroom and we had no complaints. The only thing we personally would have preferred was to have been able to pick up the chair on the day we purchased it, however given it’s an online store and the competitive price, we completely understood why we couldn’t.

The whole experience with Brosa was great. I was a little bit anxious about buying dining chairs on line but couldn't be happier with the result. I first ordered a few swatches and then selected the chairs. They even sent me a pic of the chairs from the showroom so I could get a real idea of what they were like. I was updated a few times as to when I could expect the delivery. Overall great customer service.

I had such a great experience shopping online with Brosa. I am the kind of person that likes to things in person, before I purchase them, so I was a tad sceptical about shopping for a couch online. I had done my research and after seeing so many other positive reviews about the site and quality of the products, I thought I would take a chance with Brosa! The whole process was beyond my expectations. I loved the online visualiser that allowed me to view the couch in our room in scale, to make sure it would suit the space properly (we are located in SA). The customer service team was responsive and wonderful to deal with. The shipping was SO quick and our couch arrived so much sooner than expected and the delivery process was so simple and easy to organise. We are so happy with everything and would highly recommend Brosa to anyone! They have an awesome range and are an absolute pleasure to deal with! Thanks Brosa Team!!

I bought a Kaneko sideboard and it is absolutely stunning. The quality is amazing and far exceeded my expectations, especially with buying online. The whole purchase to delivery experience was great and I’m not an experienced online shopper. I’ll definitely buy from Brosa again.

We ordered a 3 seated sofa and a coffee table, reading these reviews I am seeing a pattern of generic 5 star ratings and very specific similar 1 start ratings... We have waiting 12 weeks for these 2 items. The coffee table has arrived but with 2 large scratches on the legs, sent an email to Brosa 7 days ago, without response. The couch we scheduled delivery for, half arrived without legs, we have contacted the customer service team and delivery partner on multiple occasions, without a single response from Brosa - no idea where the rest of our couch is or how long it will take to arrive. The product is quite nice, but the customer service is extremely disappointing.

I wished I had read reviews on this site before I purchased with Brosa. My story is extremely similar to many reviews on here. Ordered and paid in good faith and then nothing for months and months. Then part of the order arrived. When I called to find out where the rest of it was they told me it had been cancelled. That was news to me as I’d heard nothing from them at all. I should explain that to get that information in the first place took at least a week of me calling and emailing and leaving messages that weren’t responded to. They ‘re-ordered’ the item and I was told it would be another 3 months til it arrived. 3 months later... got an email stating it wouldn’t be arriving for another few months. So then the real fun began. Multiple phone calls multiple emails. Enormous energy expended from me just to get someone to respond to me. So appalling. Then when you eventually have someone connect with you - they make promises to you and don’t deliver on them. Eventually I got desperate and rang the design number (which is their new business phone number). That got answered straight away. A lovely girl there at least took ownership and looked to help me. It still took a few weeks but eventually I got my money back. If you buy with these guys (which I do not recommend) be wary. If things don’t turn up or if they take too long - get into it straight away.

Absolute joke brought a lamp over 8 months ago and still this hasn’t been delivered. There customer service is non existent. I will never shop here again! Be warned read the reviews on Trust Pilot,
